I’m a graphic designer who values precision, clarity, and beauty. I am most experienced in publication design, but I have additional skill in areas of web design, interactive design, time-based design, photography, and graphic illustration.
I began studying design in 2003 at Finger Lakes Community College, and continued my education at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
I currently work as a designer and page layout composer at the Chronicle-Express newspaper in Penn Yan, N.Y. I work daily with a team to design ads for local businesses, proofread copy, and prepare our products for print. Being part of a fast-paced, deadline-oriented team has given me invaluable knowledge and experience with how all the pieces of publication design come together.

Identity redesign for a small Rochester business. The new two-color logo was then deployed across office stationary, and later, an original website design.

Lyrics Booklet
Full-color booklet combining type and image. Students were required to choose a song and match imagery to fit the mood of the song. The song chosen was "The Patient" by Tool. Selected spreads shown.

A full-color advertisement for a small Penn Yan, N.Y. business. The ad was printed in the 2016 Bridal Guide, a special annual publication of The Chronicle-Express and GateHouse Media.

Cover, Dundee Scottish Festival Program
The cover design used for the 2017 Dundee Scottish Festival, held in Dundee, New York. This is an annual special publication of The Chronicle-Express. This cover was later redeployed as a display ad in a variety of different sizes for several area newspapers.
